Purpose
This system monitors 100+ active sources across six categories (SC1–SC6) in multiple languages (EN, EL, TR, RU, UK, AR, etc.) and publishes briefings in English only. All content is derived from publicly available official data and media reports.
This is an INDEPENDENT OPEN SOURCE INTELLIGENCE (OSINT) PROJECT operated by BRAINRISE ARCHITECTURE LTD.
THIS IS NOT:
- An official government, military, or emergency service communication
- Affiliated with UK Ministry of Defence, Cyprus Government, SBA Administration, or any official authority
- A substitute for official emergency services or travel advisories
IN EMERGENCIES: ALWAYS contact official emergency services immediately:
- 112 — Cyprus Emergency Services
- 1443 — SBA Police Dhekelia
- 199 — Cyprus Fire Service
Methodology
This briefing is manually triggered twice daily by our editorial team and published within minutes of each run.
Each briefing is generated through a reproducible 13-component pipeline:
- Manual Trigger: Editorial team initiates pipeline run (target: morning and evening Cyprus time)
- Source Registry loads Master Source Index v2.x
- Collectors fetch sources in priority order (SC1→SC2/3→SC4/5)
- Snapshot Preserver logs URL, timestamp, content hash
- Extractor/Normalizer parses and deduplicates
- Scorer/Policy Enforcer assigns SC/VS/T tags
- Evidence Card Builder creates structured evidence
- Diff Engine compares to last briefing
- Synthesis Writer generates draft in English
- QA Gate blocks publication if risks detected
- Editorial Review: Team reviews draft for accuracy and clarity
- Publisher releases web + PDF + archive
- Archive Storage preserves full audit trail
